Range of Motion, Flexibility and Injury Prevention Yoga Sessions

Yoga sessions will be from 6:30p.m. to 7:30p.m. Players can go for 30 minutes either before their regular 7:00-8.30 p.m. training session or after their 5:30-7:00 p.m. training session.
Yoga Instructor: Wendy Allen is long time yoga practitioner and instructor with a passion for bringing the practical application of yoga to her students. She uses her yogic knowledge to help athletes improve their flexibility, strength, balance, coordination, concentration, cardiovascular capacity and more! Her knowledge is conveyed to her students in detailed explanations, sports related examples and entertaining class sequences. Wendy has a wide range of teaching experience including student athletes, soccer teams, and persons recovering from injuries, children, pregnant women, adults, and seniors. She completed a 14 month teacher training course at the Southern Institute for Yoga Instructors and has practiced under K-Lea Gifford, Roger Cole, Diane Avice Du Buisson, Betty Larson, Patricia Sullivan, Ramanand Patel, and other world renowned yoga instructors. Wendy owns her own yoga studio where she offers regular classes as well as private sessions.
